I can work in various mediums ranging from print to digital web and media. My acquired skills stemmed way back in highschool where I had the opportunity to explore the digital world of animation, game design, photography, videography; and web design and development. Graduated from Red River College in Graphic Design I worked with The Winning Combination providing my acquired skill set to mostly their main brands Kaizen and Bodylogix.
Challenge. Kaizen is a sports nutrition that brand prides on being the cleanest and most natural product line across Canada. To solidify an existing brand and bring a personality that speaks to the identity and its intent to provide materials, branded to Kaizen.
Solution. Throughout the years of working with Kaizen, I have proposed different solutions from T-shirt prints, bottlecap, sticker labels, educational booklets, and in-store P.O.P. prints.
Challenge. A weight loss product that has won consumers choice awards in 2015. The challenge is to refresh or update the look of the packaging to meet modern design needs while keeping a similar identity.
Solution. I composed a similar look and feel that could take on competitor products on store shelves without compromising too much of its original look, therefore projecting a comparable product that challenges consumer's choice.
Challenge. Bodylogix is an international protein and nutrition supplement brand. I had a task of contributing design solutions for extending awareness to its growing brand for both United States and Canada.
Solution. The brand thrives in a lifestyle of healthy living and bodybuilding. I have generated simple magazine advertisements specifically for male and female that could either or portray an ideal lifestyle. Along with that, I have helped create educational booklets that can be read with ease for customers and consumers to understand the industry of bodybuilding and the importance of nutritional supplements.
Challenge. As part of the 2-year graphic design course at Red River College, we are asked to create design solutions that could fit in different mediums ranging from print posters and advertisement to digital artworks such as a Scrollorama page outlining a topic of our choice.
Solution. For the duration of the course, I have decided to create a personality for my designs. Fun, playful, but simplistic vectorized style for each medium. Features cellular device cover design, Scrollorama illustration and web design, a double-spread print advertisement; and an editorial illustration.
